Our leadership team is small on purpose. Everyone here knows every participant by name, and most of us are in program space every day.

A Georgia native, Tim began his career in direct care 22 years ago and holds bachelor's degrees in political science and sociology. As Executive Director, he leads our day-to-day operations, funding partnerships, and family relationships. Tim is fluent in three languages and a devoted baseball fan.

Molly brings nearly two decades of experience in IDD services, including residential program leadership. She especially enjoys getting to know participants, mentoring employees, and watching team members grow professionally. A mother of two daughters, she spends her weekends cooking and watching movies.

Mike leads our quality improvement, technology, and compliance functions and serves as our Compliance Officer, helping safeguard service quality, regulatory compliance, accessibility, and participant protections. He also drives the technology initiatives that keep improving how we deliver services. A California native, Mike loves hiking and visiting national parks.

Melanie began her career as a Direct Support Professional before becoming a medication aide and, later, a registered nurse supervising an eleven-person health team. She oversees health supports and staff clinical training, and she values building relationships and watching participants become healthier and more independent.
Behind our leadership team are the people who make every day happen: our Direct Support Professionals, drivers, and program staff: 45 employees strong, trained, background-checked, and the heart of Stepping Stones. The best way to meet them is a First Step Visit.
We're growing, and we hire for heart first. If you're patient, dependable, and want work that matters, we'd love to meet you.
