Who It's For
Community Integration is our core day service for adults 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want a full, structured, social week. Many of our participants are recent high school graduates making the jump to adult life; others are adults in their 30s, 40s, and beyond who were looking for a program that treats them like the grown-ups they are. We support people with a wide range of abilities, including participants who use wheelchairs, communication devices, or need support with personal care.
What a Day Looks Like
Days run Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with van pick-up before and drop-off after. Every day blends structure with choice. The schedule below is a typical Tuesday, but participants choose among clubs and activities within each block:

| 10:30-12:00 | Community outing, rotating by group: grocery shopping for cooking club, library, YMCA, volunteer shifts, nature trail |
| 12:00-1:00 | Lunch & leisure clubs: lunch together, then music, games, walking club, or quiet room |
| 1:00-2:30 | Afternoon activities: art studio, garden club, fitness, drama group, or a second skill-building block |
| 2:30-3:30 | Wrap-up & departures: journaling or group reflection, packing up, vans load by 3:30 |
Our Staffing Approach
Community Integration support is provided one-to-one or in groups of no more than four, set by each person's plan. Each participant has a primary DSP who knows their plan inside and out, tracks ISP goal progress, and writes the daily notes families actually want to read. Our Clinical Services Supervisor oversees health supports, and our staff support self-administration of medication during program hours.
